Packaging & Shipping

Based on the vehicle size and destination country, we primarily offer 4 main shipping methods for vehicle transportation, each with distinct applicability to meet different logistics needs. 
1. Core Maritime Shipping Methods
Bulk Carrier: Suitable for large quantities of non-standardized vehicles or vehicles that do not require strict packaging. It optimizes cost efficiency for bulk shipments but may have longer transit times due to the need for cargo consolidation.
Container Shipping:Ideal for small to medium-sized standardized vehicles. Vehicles are loaded into 20ft or 40ft containers, which provide strong protection against weather, moisture, and external damage, making it a secure choice for long-distance cross-ocean shipments.
Flat Rack Container Shipping: Designed for oversize or irregularly shaped vehicles that exceed the height or width limits of standard containers. The open-top and detachable side panels of flat rack containers allow flexible loading and unloading via cranes.
Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro) Vessel Shipping: A dedicated solution for most vehicle types. Vehicles are driven directly onto the vessel's decks (no need for cranes) and secured in place, minimizing loading/unloading damage and reducing transit time. It is widely used for large-scale vehicle exports due to its efficiency and safety.
2. Supplementary Transportation for Neighboring Inland Countries
Additionally, for neighboring inland countries, we also provide supplementary transportation options via road or rail to ensure comprehensive coverage.

After Sales Service

Overseas After-Sale Service    

All our vehicles and equipment are guaranteed to be brand new, incorporating the latest technology, superior craftsmanship, and modern design, which are all manufactured under ISO and other relevant quality control systems. We provide prompt online support, including an operation manual book and videos, available upon delivery.

The vehicles and equipment are expected to remain functional for 10-15 years, and spare parts are available for transportation via sea, air and land. We encourage our customers to order necessary spare parts altogether at the same time when placing the order.

 

Customers receive a minimum warranty of 12 months or 25,000 - 50,000 KM from the date of shipment, whichever comes first.

 

During this period, we will send replacement parts and components free of charge while consumables are excluded. After the warranty period, customer will enjoy our factory price policy.

The warranty excludes damage from improper use, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Customers will enjoy technical support anytime, anywhere, and overseas technical training before operation is available.

Operation Video and Training

We provide an operation video for every single model of our product free of charge, and customers are encouraged to send their staff to our factory for on-site operation training. All local expenses, including transportation, hotel, and food, are free of charge until their staff are fully trained.
